Robin Lawson has over 12 years of experience in managing public relations programs in the consumer, technology, agency and corporate sectors. With a reputation as a perceptive PR leader, Robin is known within the industry as someone who can successfully build brand awareness by creating a “buzz” factor, staging unique events, launching strategic partnerships, garnering both trade and consumer press, and linking products and personalities for mutual brand expansion. Her media highlights include The New York Times, Wall Street Journal, Allure, InStyle, Glamour, W, Self, People StyleWatch, Today Show, Good Morning America and Ad Age. As an experienced marketer, she served as Head of PR & Marketing for GlossyBox, a global beauty subscription service, and as the Director of PR & Marketing for PR agency Atelier Creative Services, Inc., Italian designer shoe brand Fratelli Rossetti and fashion designer Norma Kamali. She was previously the PR Director at ideeli, the first invite-only online luxury shopping community launched in the U.S. in June 2007.

During her career, Robin staged the signature event for the launch of P&G’s CoverGirl Queen Collection featuring spokesperson Queen Latifah, managed the media re-launch campaign for Kathy Fields and Katie Rodan (creators of the celebrity endorsed acne treatment product Proactiv Solution), created the “Rise Above” campaign for Martell Cognac, where individuals were honored for their work in building their communities, and planned the Martell Press Trip to Paris and Cognac, France. She most recently managed the Generation Beauty by ipsy event held at L.A. Live in Los Angeles where over 1,200 beauty bloggers and vloggers attended. Robin also managed partnership initiatives for MSN’s Branded Entertainment division that included the Kraft Foods and MSN partnership to create the online cooking show “Chef to the Rescue” with Chef Cat Cora and the Westin Hotels “5 Minute Vacations” online campaign.
